This website is strictly for business-to-business (B2B) wholesale transactions.

1. Wholesale Access

Access to prices and ordering is restricted to approved wholesale customers.

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing as a business entity.

  • You are not acting as a consumer.

  • You are legally authorized to enter into binding commercial agreements.

We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at our discretion.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct pricing errors

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been received and approved.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are wholesale prices.

Prices:

  • May change without prior notice

  • Do not include shipping costs

  • Do not include customs duties or taxes (if applicable)

The customer is responsible for any local taxes, import duties, or regulatory fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be collected in advance (cash) via the customer’s selected shipping/courier company.

Orders are not prepared or released until payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Customers arrange shipping using their own courier/shipping company.

Once the order is delivered to the customer’s courier:

  • The order is considered delivered.

  • Risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers to the customer.

  • Elisabetta Zanardi is not responsible for courier-related issues.

Shipping costs are paid directly by the customer to their courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Wholesale sales are final.

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered by us

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details accurately.

However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screens.

  • Minor variations in fabric, stitching, or finishing may occur.

  • Size series are sold as complete wholesale sets unless otherwise specified.

All content on this website, including:

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Product designs

  • Text

  • Branding

is the property of Elisabetta Zanardi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elisabetta Zanardi shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Courier-related losses

  • Delays beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Türkiye.
