Shipping Policy – Elisabetta Zanardi B2B Wholesale

All orders placed on b2b.elisabettazanardi.com are wholesale (B2B) orders and are processed according to the terms below.

1. Shipping Arrangement

Customers are responsible for arranging shipment through their own preferred courier, freight forwarder, or shipping company.

Elisabetta Zanardi does not select or appoint the shipping carrier unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Customer-Selected Carrier

The customer must provide the correct shipping company details, pickup information, and any necessary delivery instructions.

Because the shipping carrier is chosen by the customer, the customer is fully responsible for coordinating shipment with that carrier.

3. Order Release and Preparation

Orders are prepared and released only after payment has been confirmed.

Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

4. Handover to Customer’s Shipping Company

The order is considered delivered once it has been handed over to the customer’s selected courier, freight forwarder, or shipping company.

From that moment:

  • the risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers to the customer;
  • any issue arising during transport is the responsibility of the customer and/or the carrier chosen by the customer;
  • Elisabetta Zanardi is no longer responsible for the shipment process after handover.

5. Shipping Costs

All shipping, courier, freight, customs, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping company details and pickup instructions.

Any delays, failed pickups, additional costs, or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping Delays or Claims

Any delay, damage, loss, or claim arising after the order has been handed over to the customer’s chosen shipping company must be handled directly with that shipping company.
