Refund & Returns Policy – Elisabetta Zanardi B2B Wholesale
All purchases made on b2b.elisabettazanardi.com are wholesale (B2B) transactions.
Due to the nature of wholesale sales, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the cases listed below.
1. Returns Accepted Only For
Returns may be accepted only if:

The product is defective (manufacturing defect), or

The wrong product / wrong size series was delivered by us.
2. Return Request Deadline
The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods from their courier.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. Proof Required
To request a return, the customer must provide:

Clear photos and/or video evidence of the issue
-
Order number and product code(s)
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

Unused and unwashed
-
In original condition
-
With original tags and packaging (if applicable)
5. Return Approval
All returns require written approval from Elisabetta Zanardi before sending any products back.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
6. Refund Method
If the return is approved, we may offer (at our discretion):

Replacement of the item(s), or
-
Store credit, or
-
Refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original agreed payment method.
7. Shipping Responsibility for Returns
If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong/defective item), the return shipping arrangement will be discussed and confirmed with the customer.
If the return is requested for any reason outside the approved cases, return shipping costs will not be covered.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
